Abstract:
National research information management systems would be invaluable sources of data for e.g. research assessment, science policy-making or to highlight EOSC-related contributions if interoperability and extensive data exchange could be achieved. The three areas addressed in the FAIRCORE4EOSC project case study on national RIM systems are summarised: Handling research project and activity information via the use of the Research Activity ID or RAiD; Enriching information in CRIS systems by means of the PID Graph and Exchanging and aggregating CRIS information via OpenAIRE and CERIF.
