Abstract:
The Socionet.ru Current Research Information System currently hosts over 2m research objects and is driven by the research community in Russia. Building upon the comprehensive set of semantic linkages established from the platform, the presentation makes emphasis on open re-use of research outputs to produce new scientific knowledge. Monitoring re-use also provides new indicators for research assessment.
