Research Potential Platform is a database that collects information on the publication output and artistic activity of employees, doctoral students, and students of the University of Silesia in Katowice. The database presents the profiles of scientists and is a reliable source of information about the university's scientific activities. By aggregating the profiles of all employees of a given unit, the system creates and visualizes the unit's profile. OPUS also acts as an Institutional Repository, enabling archiving of full texts and providing direct access to users.
