The Knowledge Management Platform of the Łukasiewicz – Industrial Chemistry Institute (Łukasiewicz – ICI) is a fully functional CRIS with repository features included operating at the Łukasiewicz – Industrial Chemistry Institute. Łukasiewicz – ICI is integrated with internal systems of the Institute and external databases. The system is built on the basis of Omega-PSIR software of the Warsaw University of Technology.
The platform summarises the scientific achievements and research potential of the Institute. It provides open access to full texts of publications, research data and other documents. Łukasiewicz – ICI contains research profiles of the Łukasiewicz – ICI research staff, provides access to the database of experts from various chemical and pharmacy fields and enables generating reports and analyses based on data stored in the platform. Łukasiewicz – ICI also provides information on the research potential of the Institute – patents, projects and multimedia. It is accessible for any Internet user, however, certain features are restricted to registered staff of the Łukasiewicz – ICI.
