It integrates the features of a Current Research Information System and an institutional repository and uses the OMEGA-PSIR software. It provides open access to researchers' publications and theses. It incorporates research profiles of the academic staff at MUV and enables generation of reports and analyses of research output and various metrics. The platform is widely accessible on the Internet, with certain extra features available only for the Medical University - Varna staff members.
