Abstract
Back in February, euroCRIS and EARMA held a first joint event to explore the boundaries and synergies between Research Management and Administration (RMA) and Research Information Management (RIM). As a follow-up to this previous event, this 2nd virtual euroCRIS – EARMA meeting aims to look into the way institutions deal with the early stages of project management. These cover from a very early project idea to its formalisation as an official proposal that will eventually get awarded funding within a specific research funding call and get an award contract signed.
The session aims to showcase a number of institutional case studies to explore how effectively universities in Europe are handling these early stages in a project lifecycle and what systems they are using for the purpose.
