The Siedlce University of Natural Sciences and Humanities is a multi-profile HEI with over fifty-year long tradition in the field of education and research (established in 1969). University is located in Siedlce – on the east side from Warsaw (approx. 90 km from the capital of Poland).
Siedlce University offers the possibility of obtaining degrees in 38 fields of study with over 50 different specializations, including full-time, part-time, post diploma and doctoral studies. There are five faculties in three locations within the university: Faculty of Humanities, Faculty of Exact and Natural Sciences, Faculty of Social Sciences, Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences, Faculty of Agrobioengineering and Animal Husbandry. We employee over 400 highly qualified academic staff, represent various disciplines, e.g. security, agriculture, zoology, chemistry, history, mathematics, humanities, social and natural sciences.
The University is the author of many initiatives and host of many different events in an education and research area.
Siedlce University cooperates with over 80 universities from 18 different countries, over 50 students coming for Erasmus+ each year, over 60 teachers giving lectures in partner universities.
Our infrastructure includes: main library - nearly 500 000 volumes, with 360 places and 15 working rooms, Sports and Recreation Centre, over 700 beds in 4 dormitories, sculpture studio, concert hall and recording studio, Medical Simulation Center, horse riding center, The Center for Polish Language and Culture.
