Abstract
ANKOS is the Anatolian University Libraries Consortium. Established in 2000, it's the first University Library Consortium in Türkiye, with 200 institutional members. Transformative Agreements (TA) are one of the main areas of activity for ANKOS as instruments to increase the share of openly available research outputs in the country. The presentation summarises the current landscape, examining the available agreements and their impact together with their pros and cons.
