Abstract
The presentation provides an update on the progress of the Pure CRIS towards OpenAIRE compatibility via the implementation of the CERIF-XML Guidelines for CRIS Managers onto the system. This work is part of the OpenAIRE-funded, euroCRIS-led METIS2OpenAIRE project to ensure a widespread implementation of the CERIF-XML Guidelines. The work presented here has been achieved by mapping the Pure data model to the entities described in the Guidelines, a task carried out by a Short Life Working Group (SLWG) within the UK Pure User Group (UPUG) with further involvement by European Pure users and euroCRIS. The mapping, some examples of which are provided in the presentation, is currently complete and ready to be released as part of the new version of Pure. Parallel work for the implementation of these OpenAIRE Guidelines is being performed by other research information management platforms.
