Abstract:
The research data repository at KU Leuven was launched in 2022 within the institutional push for Open Science. The presentation describes the features of the Dataverse-based platform and its integration within the wider institutional system configuration which includes SAP and the Lirias institutional repository. Further interoperability mechanisms are operating with regard to FRIS, OpenAIRE and the EOSC. The KU RDR is seen as a tool to enable the FAIR principles and to consolidate research data publication, which is not yet generally embedded in research practices at the institution.
