dc.description35 slides.-- Presentation delivered at the session "The (possible) role of a CRIS for Research Data Management and Archiving"en_US
The presentation summarizes the state of the art of research data management (RDM) in the UK, providing and overview of the policy landscape as well as of the infrastructure picture. Several different ways of addressing the need to manage research data produced at institutional level are described involving interoperable CRISs and repositories. These various strategies are expected to gradually converge into agreed standard RDM procedures that will meet the needs of both UK funders and institutions.en_US
