The presentation describes the Output-Based Research Support Scheme (OBRSS) implemented at the University College Dublin to offer funding incentives to faculty based on their research outputs, as captured in UCD’s Research Management System. The specific evaluation model is presented together with the results in terms of an increased use of the institutional CRIS system by UCD researchers.
