    Support Activities for Open Science in SCSTI

    The various activities to support the implementation of Open Science carried out at the Slovak Centre of Scientific and Technical Information (CVTI SR) are summarized. These include the drafting and implementation of an action plan covering the setting up of an open access repository for the Ministry, the promotion of open textbooks and journal publishing at Universities and establishing an Open Access Office at CVTI SR. Since 2015 the Centre also operates as OpenAIRE National Open Access Desk (NOAD) in Slovakia and aims to contribute the information on the naional-level research outputs (including publications and research data) to the European aggregation.
