I am a knowledge worker passionate about Education, Communication, and Art mixed with Technology. I am a critical thinker and a lifelong learner, constantly striving to improve my ability to reflect critically and communicate effectively across Social Sciences and different cultural boundaries, using Digital Technologies as a common thread. Following my learning interests and personal attitudes, I obtained a Ph.D. in Educational Processes, after getting an MA (Humanities), an MEc (Culture Management), an MPA (Science and Governance of Public Administrations), two MPhil (Digital Humanities, and Soft Skills), and an MSCom (Business Communication). At early stage of my professional activity, I worked for many years in Corporate Training and Business Communication by collaborating with several public and private institutions in Central-South Italy as a Manager, Trainer and Consultant. I developed strong skills in Education and Training by working in the latest years as a Lecturer at University of Cassino and Southern Latium, and as a Professor of Multimedia Education at the Pontifical Theological Faculty of Southern Italy (Vatican State University). I also worked as a Teacher Trainer on behalf of the Italian Ministry of Education, University and Research (former MIUR) in many High Schools in Southern Italy, dealing with Teacher Training, Learning Processes, and ICT-based Teaching Methodologies. After passing a public competition in 2021, I have joined the University of Naples Federico II as a Public Officer and I'm currently working at the Central Administration in the Human Resources Area, with the specific task of managing Professors and Researchers recruiting through the public competition system.
