Abstract: 
The presentation describes the current status of the CRIS-IL project to build a CRIS infrastructure in Israel. The gradual progress of the project is shown, from the appointment of the project management team to the testing of the two candidate software solutions by a group of technical and academic staff at the nine universities the IUCC-led project is aiming to serve. Finally, the slides also describes the challenges faced by the project and the institutions that will benefit from it.
