Abstract:
The presentation provides an update on the ongoing CroRIS project led by the University of Zagreb Computing Centre to create a national CRIS in Croatia. The project's institutional context and architecture are described together with the under-construction research information workflows. The strong reliance on system interoperability and information exchange is highlighted as a means to avoid the need for duplicate information entry by researchers. It is announced that CroRIS will host the euroCRIS CRIS2022 conference in Dubrovnik next year and by that time the project will be in an advance phase of it development and will be able to showcase live functionalities.
