This institutional case study describes the features of the Project Control @ Fraunhofer AICOS project management tool for research managers and administrators. This system developed by Fraunhofer Portugal allows a comprehensive project management and monitoring from various perspectives, including persons, roles, performance and financial costs. It covers the full project lifecycle and makes it possible for all staff involved in a specific project to provide the appropriate information into it.
