Abstract:
Better evidence-based policy making in Research and Innovation requires more and better data. The digitisation of science and innovation policy has improved our ability to operate large, linked datasets at detailed levels, complementing already available macro-data analyses. Now, the EU Data4RI Policy initiative of the European Commission aims to foster the sharing of Research and Innovation micro-data at European scale. Our goal is to ease and refine data-informed policymaking in the European Research Area.
