Since 2009, the Council ensures the preparation of the Methodology and submits it for approval to the Government of the CR. Results obtained over the past 5 years are evaluated. The new 2013 Methodology is based on three pillars, which combine a peer-review evaluation and software algorithms. The positive aspects of the overall process include an increase in the number of research activities. |
