Abstract:
The Memorandum of Understanding signed by the VIVO Community and euroCRIS states that a mapping between the VIVO ontology and the CERIF data model is common objective for both organisations. In order to achieve this goal a joint task force was established. The process to update a previous, outdated attempt at mapping the CERIF data model to the VIVO ontology issued in 2013 started by the end of 2021. This presentation provides an update on the ongoing work and the current state of affairs in this area.
