Abstract:
The 'Amsterdam five' CRIS is a collaborative initiative between the University of Amsterdam (UvA), its Academic Medical Center (AMC), the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (HvA), the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU) and the VU medical center (VUmc) launched in 2014 to provide a common aggregation portal in the best example so far for a "city CRIS". These five Amsterdam research institutions, grouped under the Amsterdam Consortium (AMSCO), share the same CRIS software solution, namely Pure, which makes the interoperability and aggregation workflows much more straightforward than if the systems were different across institutions. As a follow-up for a previous session at the Pure International Conference 2017, the presentation provides an update on how this 'Amsterdam five' initiative is faring. It's recent progress includes aspects like the merger of the research portals for two of the five institutions involved in the collaboration.
