Abstract
This abstract discusses the implications of Plan S and OpenDOAR for Tilburg University's policy on whether or not to combine CRIS and IR functionalities in a single system. Although a choice was made in the past to use one system for this purpose, this has recently been reversed. The abstract explains the reasons for the renewed choice of two separate applications for a CRIS and IR. It also explains the criteria by which one IR was chosen after a thorough market research on Open Source Repositories.
