Metadata: concentrating on the data not on the scheme

Abstract

The presentation introduces the FAO Agricultural Information Management Standards (AIMS) platform as a space for accessing and discussing agricultural information management standards and addresses the appropriate encoding and metadata standards to use in order to publish and share Link Open Data-enabled bibliographic data.
