Abstract:
The Flemish Research Data Network (FRDN) brings together 36 network partner research-performing organisations (RPOs) from various stakeholders in Flanders to work together on Open Science. FRDN supports RPOs to implement the Open Science policy of the Flemish government and to connect with international initiatives. The timeline for this three-pronged initiative (policy-people-infrastructure) is presented and the group's activities -- particularly in the area of research data management, data management plans and their delivery to the FRIS regional CRIS -- are described.
