Abstract
The presentation summarises the role played by the Izmir Institute of Technology (IZTECH) as a long-standing OpenAIRE NOAD (National Open Access Desk) in Türkiye, as well as the large impact that the OpenAIRE networked services have had on the Open Science landscape in Türkiye. Some milestone events held in the country are highlighted and a number of collaborative activities with various organisations and countries are described.
