Abstract:
Presentation of the pilot P-O-P project in the Netherlands (Person-Organisation-Project) aiming to promote CERIF-XML-based interoperability across the different CRIS systems available at Dutch institutions. The present research information management system landscape is described, together with the challenges the project faces in order to achieve an effective cross-system information exchange that will reduce the admin burden and pave the way for the emerging of a national research information management infrastructure.
