BE-OPEN is an Erasmus project led by the University of Novi Sad to promote the move towards Open Science among Serbian researchers, institutions and policy-makers, http://www.beopen.uns.ac.rs/. The presentation describes the current issues and challenges around Open Access implementation in Serbia and proposes an action plan aiming to address policy issues, technical capacities, professional skills and technical integration.
