Abstract:
The DOSIRD UNS project started in 2009 at the University of Novi Sad in Serbia aims to develop and implement software infrastructure to improve the discoverability of the institutional scientific outputs and facilitate research management at UNS. The CRIS UNS research information management system and the PhD UNS digital library of institutional dissertations are fully operational project outputs, and an institutional repository to be implemented in the framework of the BE-OPEN project will be the next step. Data exchange via the OAI-PMH protocol is already taking place with aggregators like OpenAIRE and DARTEurope. There's finally ongoing work in the implementation of a multilingual, customisable search interface and in ensuring interoperability with the national-level BE-OPEN project for the implementation of Open Science in Serbia.
