Abstract:
The gradual evolution of the features and workflows for the institutional research information management processes at the Warsaw University of Technology is presented. Following the development of the Omega-PSIR software in 2012 within the SYNAT project, the system was implemented as an institutional CRIS and gradually adopted as a default tool for collecting the institutional research information and for reporting to external stakeholders and systems such as the National Polish Bibliography database (PBN) or the national CRIS POLon. The presentation describes the various information processing roles and workflows and provides some insights on user analysis.
