Abstract
The presentation describes the current research landscape in Poland and the evolving criteria for research evaluation exercises at national level in the country, with an emphasis on the quality of publications across research areas. Part of the ongoing effort to improve the quality of publications involves providing support to Polish journals, including supporting their transition to Open Access business models.
