dc.description23 slides.-- Presentation delivered at the euroCRIS Track within the online 2021 VIVO annual conferenceen_US
The presentation contains a few introductory slides to the euroCRIS Track at the 2021 VIVO annual conference, followed by an examination of the VIVO instances recorded in the euroCRIS Directory of Research Information Systems (DRIS) and their two main configurations, as standalone CRIS systems and as research portals on top of 'monolithic' institutional CRISs like Pure or Converis. The relevance of open source software solutions like VIVO or DSpace-CRIS in the Research Information Management landscape in Latin America is also highlighted.en_US
