Title: | Gestión de la información científica en el ámbito biosanitario: ¿un reto pendiente? | Other Titles: | Research Information Management in Health-Related Disciplines: A Standing Challenge? | Authors: | De Castro, Pablo | Keywords: | research information management;current research information systems;system interoperability;health research;open science;institutional repositories | Issue Date: | 17-May-2022 | Publisher: | euroCRIS | Series/Report no.: | Ciclo de webinars BiblioMadSalud sobre publicación científica y recursos de información | Abstract: | The presentation addresses the achievements and pending progress in the integration of health-related research information arising from hospitals and biomedical research centres into the wider collaborative network for open science implementation and research information management. It is argued that although the landscape in these domains has traditionally been led by universities, there is an increasing drive within these discipline-specific research performing organisations to join these practices. Since these are the supporting slides for a webinar delivered for the BiblioMadSalud association of library and documentation centre professionals in health-related disciplines in the Madrid region in Spain, emphasis is made on the diverse research information management landscape in both the country and the region. |
